My computer is running on WinXP with RealPlayer v10 & Windows Media Player v9 installed. I've checked on both versions and they work.
When I opened it - it asks me to download a codec - you can find it at this website: http://www.download.com/3000-2139-10062728.html?tag=real
Once it was installed it worked. Not sure if this is an universal fix but let me know (email me or post a comment!) and see how this goes :)

Other possible fix posted previously...
If you are using Windows Media Player --> check this link
-> had the same problem, which was under "Playing Video" - Q4.... hopefully that will solve yours too!!!
Another possible solution - thanks to Emma for sending this!!!
Download and install the codecs updated from this site fixes it (right click and save as on the "Download" text - file 3ivx_d4_404_win.zip). |
